The chocolate peppermint ganache center is enrobed with fine dipping chocolate made from a blend of West African and South American cacao (35%). As with all of Dilettante’s chocolate, these TruffleCremes are made with no fillers, preservatives, or compound chocolate, ensuring the best taste possible.
