Lemon Truffles

I promise if you eat one piece in three bites, you will get more lemon flavor followed by a touch of salt flavor. These must be made forever by Dilettante Chocolates and I will be buying them. I love this so much!

Nicely lemony

I love intense lemon flavors, and citrus/chocolate combinations. It's almost impossible to find any lemon chocolate candies on the market. I was not disappointed with the lemon truffles. They have a nice, smooth lemon flavor, that goes well with the chocolate. Maybe a tad too sweet, and a little tough to unwrap because the seam on the wrapper matches up with the edge of the candy. I like that the individual pieces are small, and make a great palette cleanser after eating a spicy meal. The candies and foil-looking wrappers are very attractive, and would make a great complement to a formal event like a wedding reception.

These define delicacy!

My husband and I purchased a bag of the Chocolate Lemon Truffles at Costco in Greensboro, NC today. I can sum them up in one word...STUPENDOUS! They come in the most darling wrapping paper...and the flavor is amazing. Creamy and rich with a little tinge of salt when you bite into it. It will be a pleasure to seve them to guests at Easter. (If we don't eat them all before then). We are going to make a special trip back to our Costco to purchase a few more bags. I just hope they're not sold out! Thanks to Dilettante Chocolates for creating a pure delicacy. Please keep them on the shelf!
